Integrity First, A OneDigital Company launched in June 2008 out of my home in Aurora, Colorado. Our first true “employee” was my sidekick, Percy, who was just a puppy at the time. For the first few months, most days were spent setting up the agency, working with our very first clients and taking many trips to the backyard to work on potty training.
Throughout the years, our office has grown, changed and evolved. From 2013 to 2017, we occupied a variety of small offices before purchasing our own building. The new space gives us the room to grow for years to come, and the ability to truly make the location our own.
Given my upbringing, it was only a matter of time before we expanded into North Dakota and Minnesota. In 2014, we achieved that goal and opened a new office in West Fargo, North Dakota.
Our mission is to create a place where self-aware people can simply be themselves. We understand that failure is a part of striving for success, but apathy is never accepted. Other agencies talk about service while we focus on advice. Excellent service should be expected. Our legacy will go beyond the insurance industry through the charities we support and the animals we passionately help.
While we are proud of our journey and accomplishments during the past ten years, we know that our legacy is not complete. Though we plan to continue growing, we will never lose sight of the importance of excellent service and integrity. We strive to get better each and every year with the goal of exceeding all expectations.
