So we have a dedicated Claims Specialist, Stephanie Baughman, to guide you through the process. 

Once a claim is filed, your primary contact will be the adjuster assigned to your claim, but that does not mean you're alone in the process.

I was born here in Colorado, and as a true Coloradan, I love the outdoors! I love hunting and fishing, along with relaxing with my husband, reading a good book or listening to music. If you've been in an accident

  1. Call 911 and report the accident.
  2. Move your vehicle to a safe location if possible.
  3. Record the facts completely and accurately by obtaining the following information: names and contact information of all other drivers, passengers, and witnesses involved and insurance information of the other drivers.
  4. Take notes and photos of the accident.
  5. Take photos of all vehicles and damage.
  6. Do not admit fault.
  7. Only give out information required of you by the authorities.
  8. Do not sign any statement except from an authorized insurance representative.
